Where Data, Systems, and Product Thinking Intersect

From scaling governance programs at Google to modernizing procurement systems at GE and building user-friendly data tools at Apple—I’ve spent my career operating at the intersection of product, data, and transformation. I’ve led initiatives that untangle enterprise complexity, architect systems that scale, and create the conditions for AI to actually deliver value.

My background isn’t just technical—it’s deeply cross-functional. I’ve worked across engineering, operations, finance, and executive teams to design solutions that people adopt, processes that stick, and platforms that evolve. Whether it’s integrating the largest acquisition in GE’s history, launching Salesforce across regions at Apple, or building Slack-integrated AI tools, my focus stays the same: make systems smarter, teams faster, and decisions easier.

Apple

Cupertino, California

As a Product Manager on Apple’s Sales Business Transformation team, I led strategic initiatives that united data governance, systems transformation, and enterprise enablement. My work focused on building tools and frameworks that advanced Apple’s data and CRM ecosystem, enabling global standardization and giving the Sales team the tools they need to succeed.

I implemented a data governance solution featuring a reference data management platform and business glossary—driving consistent data usage across systems. To boost accessibility, I developed a Slack-integrated chatbot that let teams instantly query key data definitions, reducing friction and supporting faster decision-making.

In parallel, I drove Salesforce adoption across regions, launching onboarding strategies that expanded usage over a year ahead of schedule. I also established Jira standards for the Data Program, designing dashboards, built Confluence pages to reinforce standards and templates that aligned engineering and the business teams.

Whether through systems design or cross-functional enablement, my approach centered on identifying user pain points and delivering intuitive, scalable solutions—a product-led mindset highly transferable to Generative AI product development.

Google

Sunnyvale, California

I’m a data-driven product leader with a proven track record of transforming complex enterprise systems into scalable, AI-ready solutions. At Google, I spearheaded the Accounts Payable Transformation program, boosting on-time payments by 102% for the Supply Chain teams and designing governance frameworks that were used across Alphabet. I authored strategic white papers using the SWOT method to compare design options and drive informed decisions—bridging technical depth with product vision.

As Global ERP Workstream Lead, I drove alignment between business and engineering through scalable data architectures and migration strategies that increased success load rates of Master Data from 45% to 99.92%. I led stakeholder workshops, influenced enterprise data policy, and championed cross-functional collaboration—core traits of effective product leadership.

Earlier, I helped build a high-impact data stewardship programs, including the development of onboarding documents, created standard deliverables list and templates for data stewards, and led live tech talks on Data Governance. I mentored talent both in Sunnyvale and offshore to elevate the organizations governance programs, demystifying complex data concepts to drive clarity and understanding.

From enterprise transformation to AI enablement, my career reflects a consistent focus on scalable design, stakeholder alignment, educating people and teams around me, and building adoption strategies—making me uniquely equipped to drive Generative AI product innovation.

General Electric

Atlanta, Georgia

At General Electric, I led large-scale, data-centric product initiatives that laid the foundation for intelligent automation and machine learning-driven decision support—core pillars of Generative AI product development.

As Senior Technical Product & Portfolio Manager, I owned the roadmap for GE Power Services’ internal tools, was the first Supply Chain Product Manager to move from Waterfall to Agile development and first to develop on GE’s Predix platform - A platform built to support AI and Machine Learning. I directed the Procurement teams technology strategy and implementation for integrating GE’s largest acquisition, working to ensure Day 1 readiness. My team developed ML-powered tools to uncover savings and optimize material flow—directly contributing to AI-enabled procurement intelligence and expanding the organizations toolkit.

In my Senior Technical Product Manager role, I led a global supplier master data program, the largest direct material program across GE. I delivered a master data strategy that reduced integration errors by 75%, and cut program costs by developing a new internal billing model, all while increase the speed in which the enterprise ran by giving more autonomy back to the Supply Chain teams. I led standardized of our integration patterns and built a scalable resourcing model to manage demand surges from my stakeholders.

Earlier at GE, I modernized procurement systems and led a program that enabled Supplier partners to collaborate on 3D models during the NPI phase, significantly reducing NPI cycle times and enabling GE to bring products to the market faster.

Across these roles, I’ve consistently delivered impact by aligning data strategy, intelligent automation, and cross-functional collaboration—key ingredients for leading AI-driven product innovation at scale.
